1. The City Council having reviewed the Minutes of the public hearing of the Planning Commission, dated February 8, 2016, and its recommendations, has held a public hearing on March 7, 2016, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, as set out in the Notice of Public Hearing published February 28, 2016 and March 6, 2016, in the Chadron Record, and having been fully advised in the premises, does hereby adopt the following amendments to the Land Development Regulations for the City of Chadron, adopted July 7, 1997.
3 ARTICLE THREE2. The City Clerk and Zoning/Building Official are hereby authorized and directed to show such amendment in the Zoning Regulations for the City of Chadron, adopted July 7, 1997.

b. Kennels definition, page 3-13, is hereby amended to read as follows:

Boarding and care services for dogs, cats and similar small mammals or large birds; or any premises on which fourthreeor more or more animals included under this definition over six months of age are kept and maintained. Typical uses include boarding kennels, ostrich raising facilities; pet motels, or dog training centers.
