The City of Chadron wants to remind the residents of Chadron that no recreational vehicle should be parked on streets or alleys during the time period of November 1 to March 31. Each day a recreational vehicle shall be parked or left standing on any street or alley it shall be considered stored and be in violation with Ordinance § 16-308 and could result in penalties.
§ 16-308 Recreational Vehicles; Storage:
No person shall park or leave standing on any street or alley within the City of Chadron any motor vehicle or trailer designed and used as a travel trailer, camper, motor home, tent trailer, boat, boat trailer, snowmobile, snowmobile trailer, camping trailer, trailer of any kind, or bus, between the time period of November 1 through March 31. Each day the vehicle shall be parked or left standing on any street or alley it shall be considered stored on the streets and alleys within the City and a violation of this section.
