The Festival will open with Story Time in Lakota at 10:30 am on Thursday, July 6.  Most events will take place at Chadron Public Library located at 507 Bordeaux Street, Chadron.  The same day at 5:30 pm a public reception will precede a Native American Flute performance by Michael Murphy.

Films and storytelling will continue on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, July 6-9.  Full schedule of the festival is as follows:

Thursday, July 6, at the Chadron Public Library:  10:30 am Story Time in Lakota

                                                                                            11:30 am The Owl and the Lemming Animated, Film

                                                                                            11:45 am Hand Drum demonstration

                                                                                              3:00 pm Under the Husk Documentary

                                                                                             5:30 pm OPENING RECEPTION & Flute Concert

Friday, July 7, at the Chadron Public Library:       10:00 am Lacrosse game demonstration

                                                                                            11:00 am Michael Murphy flute performance

                                                                                              1:00 pm The Owl and The Lemming Animated, Film

                                                                                              2:00 pm Flute Making

                                                                                              5:00 pm Garan Coons Hoop Dancer

                                                                                              7:00 pm The Business of Fancy Dancing, Film

Saturday, July 8, at the Chadron Public Library:   Afternoon: Artists Fair

                              at the Court House Gazebo:       11:30 am The Bald Mountain Rounders Concert

                              at the Chadron Public Library:      3:30 pm Free watermelon slices

                                                                                             5:00 pm Rumble documentary

                                                                                             7:00 pm Hank Williams First Nation. Film

Sunday, July 9, at the Chadron Public Library:     3:00 pm TBA Documentary
