1. How do I report a street light outage?

NPPD (Nebraska Public Power District) maintains the streetlights in the City of Chadron.

2. There is a pothole in front of my house. Who can I call to fix it?

The Street Department is responsible for repairing potholes. Call the Street Department at
308-432-0528 during normal business hours.

3. When does the Street Department start plowing snow?

Normally the plows start at 4:00 am or after snow depths reach 3” to 5”.
